COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Caribbean Connect participates in various community projects as ways to reach people with the Gospel in line with the vision. Projects include providing meaningful activities for children and young adults, training community leaders, among other community development projects. Each year Caribbean Connect helps place mission volunteer teams on the field for short-term missions. These volunteers pays there own way and contributes to the ministry costs associated with the work that is done while on the field.

ROSE HILL, JAMAICA
ROSE HILL OUTREACH
“The most urgent need in the Rose Hill- Wellington area varies according to different people's perspective. Skills training, community leadership, employment, community and recreational center, the need for a library and better education for the children have all been mentioned as priorities. I am particularly concerned about the number of rum bars in the community and the drunkenness of the men. Underlying all these is the need for evangelism, for the church has not been growing.
What will it take to make an impact in the Rose Hill area?-----PRAYER-- --Leadership development and consistent leadership in the community. ( Currently the leaders of the two churches, and the Head Mistress and teachers of the school all live out of the community). Rose Hill's problems can only be solved by God, and nothing is impossible with Him."
