Bio

Philip Williamson

Philip Williamson who is a Bahamian is married to Prescoal and they have four adult children and three grandchildren.

He obtained a B. Com degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario Canada, an M. Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth Texas, USA, and a D. Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.

Philip has served as pastor or church planter in Louisiana USA for sixteen years. He has gone on mission trips to Brazil, Ghana, Liberia, and Jamaica.

While pastoring in the US he led his church in the formation of a nonprofit corporation that spearheaded the community outreach of the church. Philip has returned to the Bahamas with the desire to help mobilize West Indians to become involved in missions. Philip who is also a Chartered Accountant, is presently serving as the accountant of a construction company.
